When you walk into our office, know that you are welcome! Your health and wellbeing are our primary focus. We care about each of you, and your families.
Our office, located in the Lighthouse Square Professional Building, is a comfortable space where you can find a solution to your problem. With late hours, same day appointments and free parking, it’s easy to schedule a visit.
Before your first visit, you will be emailed our patient registration forms. Please take a moment to complete these forms prior to coming in.
At your first appointment, we will discuss your health history and any other information that might be pertinent to your care. We will then do a full spinal exam including x-rays if warranted, located on site. The visit can take between 25-45 minutes depending on who your consult is with and what you are visiting us for.
You’ll be scheduled to return for a follow up visit quickly. When you return, the doctor will reveal your specific findings and go over your x-rays, if taken. Your diagnosis and personalized care plan will be discussed and all your questions answered.
At some point during your treatment plan, home care exercises may be prescribed. These exercises are based on your individual size, posture, and goals. Dr. Spencer hosts a spinal care workshop to teach the exercises, give supplies and provide a routine that supports regular chiropractic care.
